johnjose68: I mentioned up to 3 proven Yoruba betrayers and you mentioned only one igbo "betrayer". Are you saying betrayer are more among yorubas than igbos? Answer me, mr mentally primitive tribal bigot. |

waynetee: Aside from Ojukwu, which other notable betrayer can you mention among igbos? I've mentioned 3 among yorubas. Or are you agreeing that yorubas are into betrayal more than igbos? |

chatinent: Everything you talked about was clearly understood but you seemed not to get my points and many Yorubas’ perspectives about the igbos getting involved in their politics. Let me use Peter Obi and UK as case studies. In UK, even though it is an advanced country, and over 300years in existence, they understand the need to create a room for ethnicity cos it’s part of human existence. In animal kingdom, animals are naturally territorial even a year old child does want his friend closed to her/his mum. So UK and most European countries paved way for regions just like what is obtainable here in Nigeria. In UK, they have Scotland- Igbos with Edinburgh(Enugu) as their capital, Wales(North) with Cardiff(Abuja) and England(Yorubas) with London(Lagos). Having lived in England for 50yrs as a Scottish man does change your place of Origin in UK, you are still a Scottish. Can you see how much UK has been able to avoid what is happening in Nigeria right now? There ll be a WAR if you as a Igbo man or Ijaw man want to tell a Yoruba man that an Ijaw or Igbo man is the right candidate for his state. UK could have lump everybody together without Scotland, Wales, England and Northern Ireland if identity with politics are not delicate and sensitive issues. The reason why there are a lot of tribal wars in Africa over the years is because cos of tribal issues. We are trying to be sophisticated about it but it won’t work. If you ask me, i ll say we are playing with fire, it ll be a war eventually. Here is another issue, wrong mentality, you talked about how you should be entitled to be a Lagosian by the virtue of being born and raised in Lagos for 15years. No i disagree! There are so many countries in the world that prevent you from being a citizen or indigenous to the land regardless how long you have lived there. We all came from somewhere and that somewhere should be our home. Finally, you didn’t address one of the main point i raised in my last response to you which is, the Igbos need to stop throwing “Block Votes” to the Yorubas in South West. Individual igbo man should go and cast his vote without making it seems like the Igbos are competing with their host communities. Our forefathers who fought for independence and federalism knew that we are different people. Only Nigeria state bounds us together nothing more. You can’t come from your Igboland to tell me your Igbo kinsman is the right person to govern me when there are thousands Yorubas that would do a better job. Just imagine this, let’s assume the Igbos wanted to vote for Peter Obi to be the Governor of Abia state but the Yorubas living in Abia decide to build a “Block Votes” purely based on their ethnicity-The Yorubas and begin to campaign for Ngige, naturally, as humans, they ll begin to get agitated just like you see the Igbos in presidential election. The Igbos need to focus on their region politics if we are to avoid a civil war. And sadly, if Igbos continue to do what they are doing right now, it ll only lead to one thing; it’s war. And sadly, Igbos ll need to leave just like Pakistan left New Delhi for their own capital Islamabad, South Sudanese left Khartoum for Juba and many more. Remember, it got bad that the Oba had to call the Igbos in 2015… There are many tribes in Yorubaland but none behaves like the Igbos. Beating your chest as a fighter doesn’t mean nothing when the war finally comes. So let’s be real and speak the truth. Politics is like a religious topic, quite sensitive, we need to be careful when it comes to people land. 2 Likes 1 Share |

Re: Ooni Inaugurates National Orisa Day In Brazil by MSGAMBLE9: 9:15am On Mar 23, 2023 |
Renman:so now anti-igbo cleansing in pH and Jos is an unfounded facts?...are you denying thousands of your kinsmen butchered in Kano? Any land or properties bought/owned by your people is theirs as long as Naija is Valid or Indigenous people wishes...go learn what happened in Yugoslavia, Cyprus, Georgia or even recently Kosovo. You better go "deverop' your barren and erosion-ridden region. |
Re: Ooni Inaugurates National Orisa Day In Brazil by Renman: 12:45pm On Mar 23, 2023 |
MSGAMBLE9:Again, again and again you keep consoling yourself with "go and develope your barren land" whereas Ondo, Osun, Ekiti, Oyo and Ogun are all backward compared to Igbo land. Tell me any tribe that had not experienced killings of their people? No wonder majority of you people aren't enlightened! Keep crying while they keep buying up your land!!! All of you from Ondo, Ekiti, Oyo, Osun and Ogun are now claiming Lagos because those states are nothing to write home about! I'm waiting for your next consolation word! |
Re: Ooni Inaugurates National Orisa Day In Brazil by MSGAMBLE9: 1:30pm On Mar 23, 2023 |
Renman:if Ogun and Oyo are backward, why una dey leave your good-for-nothing east which UNDP refer to as Southern ghetto and poverty stricken. Do you know Oyo IGR tallies above entire 5 erosion-ridden eastern state according to NBS, 3 of 5 states generating IGR above federal allocation given to them are in Southwest (Oyo, Osun and Lagos). Shame on Deveropers region. Awon chest-beater. 2 Likes 2 Shares |

Renman:killing is different from ethnic cleansing your people faced in Kano and Jos during anti- igbo crisis, who lose more? wetin other tribes wan dey find for barren east...Dem butchered your people burn their properties. Same thing happened during Xenophobic attack in SA. why must it be Deveropers all the time. Yoruba and Edo people dey North why Dem no butchered. they are respectful to their host by not passing their boundaries claiming another man's land as theirs |

Renman: Yorubas are unlike the Igbos who had utterly divided themselves. We Yorubas are strong because we are united. There is no Yoruba of Ondo or Osun or ekiti, those are only geographical expressions, what we know is that we are the children of Oduduwa, we are united by same language, same culture, same history and the same godking-Oduduwa. You Igbos are not wise at all, you don't pull together and agree, that is why you have continually been the loser in Nigeria. Don't you know that the most united is the most powerful? USA is a product of unity. The Northerners are consistent leaders and rulers because they are united and they agree. You Igbos should learn to be united and stop creating disunity among we Yoruba. 1 Like |

MSGAMBLE9:You are just talking without facts! Provide evidence of ethnic cleaning against Igbo in Kano and Jos and according to your hatred filled brain there wasn't ethnic cleansing that was carried out in the east too, right Chaiii Ethnic cleaning Yet Igbo is the most populated in the north after the indigens...Everywhere they are advancing while you continue to cry! Oya come up with another narratives!!! Yes Yorubas are in the north and east Yet very few because they don't travel to get exposed and to be enlightened and even their presence there aren't felt and they contribute little or nothing which makes them uncompetitive unlike the Igbos. What they do there is to be selling igboo and all those petty petty businesses. |

Theplotter:They are divided Yet they help their people to become useful in life through igba boy(business training). But your people are here giving births to thugs/urchins everywhere looking hungry, malnourished etc. Imagine the so called president elect is the king of thugs, drugs etc chaii Thank God for the few Yorubas who still have their brain well intact! |
