You are just confusing yourself.
To help you make sense of your confusion,let me ask you a question that should guide you:
so if all members of the majority party are new members(as maybe the case with these elected LP men),so the speakership would then go to an elected member of the PDP that are a minority party,simply because he has spent several years in the state assembly?
If your answer to the question is yes,then I give up on you,there is no need arguing with you anymore!

This is why so many people hate you folks, for your meaningless, childish aggression.
I just stated what is the standing Order in legislatures across Nigeria and
half educated persons like you began foaming from the mouth.
