Bigotry within the space.

By Udochukwu Ezeme

According to Apostle Paul in one of his epistle to the Gentile Church he said that there is no difference between the Jews and the gentiles in Christ Jesus.

With recent happening in Lagos during the gubernatorial and state assembly election where people of Igbo extraction and other non Yoruba indigens where prevent from exercising their constitutional right is a clear message that their is a difference between the Jews and the gentiles. During the reign of Adolf Hitler in far Europe he stated it clearly that the Jews and Gentiles are not the same. The scenario is repeating itself in Lagos.

What has the church leaders said about it? Lagos state has the highest number of the richest church in Nigeria with Igbos constituting about 40% of the population. It's anti-christ to speak about salvation of soul in your church and not speak about the treatment of Igbos in Lagos during the last election. The event is a test of faith in the body of Christ. Will you as a church leader keep quiet because you belong to a certain tribe or will you speak up in accordance to the epistle of Paul that preaches that there is no difference between the Jews and the gentiles.

We are waiting for the church leaders to speak up against the abomination called bigotry.
