The document clearly called him a Defendant? What could he be defending? Or was he a member of Super Eagle team?

The criminal was a defendant in a criminal case - no more no less. And he was found cupable of crime. Keyamo and co are either plain ignorant, or just 'doing their job.'

The only way out is if the court choose not to admit the evidence. If the court admits the evidence, they are toast. If the court choose not to admit the evidence, then they should release all prisoners in Nigeria, and overlook all other crimes. We have no need for law, lawyers, and judges. No need for Police and NDLEA. And no need to scan people for drugs at the airports.
