Stage 1: Complain about the problem, and when ignored activate stage two
Stage 2: Still complain about the problem but start taking concrete steps to relocate
Stage 3: Still complain but start relocating in earnest.
Stage 4: Stop complaining and complete relocation.
Stage 5: Begin identifying enemy economic interests to shut down in the East.
Stage 6: Activate shutdown of all enemy economic interests in the East.
Stage 7: Say final goodbye to Nigeria.

I think they are in Stage 2 at this point.
