Very far from it. I did a state government road project at Umueje, and ifite ogwari. These mentioned towns have attacked by these headsmen without any provocation. The result was brutal. The worst part is that they have been living together before then. But the townsmen later sacked all from their community. Even attacked the ones in the bush in retaliation.
