This professor is not as wise as expected, now that he has submitted to ICC; he nows opens more door for division and segregation. Can anyone invoke the jurisdiction of the International Criminal Court without first exhausting domestic or municipal law that can afford the party adequate remedy? I don’t think so. I will advise This man to come back home and bring his application the Lagos State High of Justice.
