It's not even today I have known Nurtw people and their chairman even in some states other than Lagos. I know how they operate.. Their intention is to protect the passengers from cases such as kidnapping, murder etc. They protect the passengers by getting these drivers' names and their number plates registered thus they know one another in case of any mishap. Of course the drivers pay little fees as registered members but that's all..
