Anyway, Obi will win in court but lets assume the court rule on re-run. That means APC is gone. Atiku told PDP to remain close to Labour Party and Reno Omokiri apologized that Obi didn't rig election. They are indirectly making peace with Labour Party in case there is rerun. But the APC is fighting Labour Party and burning Igbo businesses and abusing Obidients Movement. We shall see. I believe Peter Obi won the election and Labour Party will reclaim their mandate

The constitution supercedes the electoral act. It is the fundamental human right of any candidate to withdraw at any time. That should not deny his party from fielding another candidate.

That's is the problem. You got it totally wrong. If there is still time for amendment, then INEC can be notified and the party can make changes. If the time has elapsed and the candidate withdraw, that means the party doesn't have a candidate and no matter the votes, the second runner up owns the vote if the other party with no candidate won.

Don't twist the law to sooth yourself. It is so clear
