Presidential election petition starts from Appeal Court which is max 6 minths then Supreme Court which is max 2 months. This case must be concluded within 8 months
RenaissanceGuy:
The law says the case at the tribunal cannot exceed 6 months. It's the Appeal and Supreme Courts that seem not to have time limit.

He entered the mitary as a commissioned officer and not cadet. However, he entered based on a letter from an emir that he is awaiting his results. It seems when the result eventually came, he did not meet the minimum requirements yet continued fraudulently. Thats why he is hiding his certificate
Comelysync:
Question I would like to ask is that, what qualifications did Buhari used to enter the Nigerian Army? Remember even if you have f9 through out in your final year in secondary school you have passed out and there is nothing like repeating.. Are we saying Buhari did not present any school leaving certification before entering the Nigerian Army as a cadet?

babyfaceafrica:

BERNIMOORE:
you will sweat when huge evidence will be coming out and eventually Overturned the election at tribunal.....as you can see...APC is panicking.... Because the amount of evidence gathered by not using Bvas on real time as contained in the electoral act has made Laid Mohammed to start panicking that Inec deliberately withheld results...

Sleeping with one eye grin grin

Who told you INEC didn't use BVAS at real time? No wonder Obi was taught the difference between Bvas and irec. grin

Bvac was used at real time but there's no law stating voting sheets must be transmitted electronically. That's Inec decision to make.
