Why not tell us what you assume it to mean considering the meaning is made clear in the context that it is presented?

So, at least be sure of one thing. Paul was in no way encouraging you to give to your churches or the running of the businesses that your pastors rule over. Instead, Paul was encouraging the people to give to the needy, as God commands His followers to do.
