That's not Wike. This was Amaechi driving El Rufain to the DSS office. This Picture was taken when Amaechi was the governor or Rivers at the time of their fall out with Jonathan. Wike took side with Jonathan and Amaechi left PDP which eventually led to Wike becoming the overnor of Rivers state. Wike was Minister of state for Education at that time under President Jonathan. Wike and Amaechi were not even in good terms when this picture was taken. So you may want to update your post to reflect the truth.
