Here we see a progressing of what Christ will achieve. He will first rise from the dead: come to knowledge. Then he must be elevated and enthroned, and then he will cause the dead to arise from their state of slumber, from their state of hibernation, sleep and suspended animation by his strong thunderous voice, the voice of the Archangel, the trump of God. Then he will bring his people to be the new stars of heaven. He will reign and conquer all the remaining powers in the world including Gog and Magog. The last enemy he will conquer is death. Thereafter he will turn the kingdom to God his Father
