it is axiomatic if someone should say for instance:'i can browse in Lagos,Ibadan,Abuja, 'i inserted my celtel sim yesterday only to discovered that instead of the usual"packet data not available,check network services"i could browse,but the challenge is that,it display"pls select ur preferred subscriptn:ACCESS PAY AS U USE"click on it,it shows:"SESSION EXPIRED"with celtel logo at the top.i think celtel engineers are still working on the gprs in Jos,plateau state and other states where the hv coverage.what do u think guys?

hi guys,first time in history i am currently using my celtel line to browse in JOS,and guess what?it is free.i dont think there is any trick to that.just their billing sys xperience error at times.cheers

Hm, dats true,it was d same here in lagos.there billing rate is quit cheaper than glo and mtn.anyhow i hope a new APN will be out soon,coz browsing free is already in my blood.
