I have been reading INEC's rebuttal at the presidential tribunal and I couldn't make a head or tail out of the trash. What is Yakubu saying? So, if LP has a shortage of 41, 972 out of the 176, 846 polling units across Nigeria, should it be a ground to rig the election? What did Yakubu do with 300billion Naira if polling units, materials and credible polls are not ensure? Under normal situation, who should ensure credibility of the poll, agents or INEC? I'm ashamed of the INEC and their cheap lies. On what grounds should an average Nigeria exonerate INEC if they can say labour party was rigged out because they have a shortage of Party agents and therefore their votes didn't count? I want clarification because Nigeria appearing as a wonderland.

To ensure credible elections, many stakeholders are involved, mainly INEC, security outfits and party agents

The role of the party agents is to monitor the interest of their respective parties at the poll.

Is it logical to accept voters record as evidence?It means all the parties in that election will have different results presented as evidence. Why didn't Labour party send names of their agents to INEC as requested ?

You're using News that was published on 10th March to justify election that happened on 25th February. You well so?

Sensational headline. You made it look as if inec admitted to foul play. LP didn't have enough agents during the elections to cover all the polling units. What happened to the millions of people shouting ellupee on social media? That was part of the structure we told you about. LP lacked structure to win a presidential election in Nigeria. It goes beyond social media and youths in urban areas.

Bottom line: Nobody rigged LP out, you lost yakata.

Dts not how it works. In the court of law, if ur suing, the onus of proof is on you. You have to prove there was rigging. You must be specific. They took INEC to court.

I think the LP lawyers are extremely smart,and used some other cases like the 25% in Abuja,VP elect not qualified to contest and the drug case to shift focus.while the are working madly on proving that LP scored the highest lawful vote .
Mind you In many places in the North like Bauchi ,Gombe ,Borno etc, alot of Obi's vote was suppressed .In some other places it was shared.In Rivers ,they even made an error by uploading the right result on the IREV which favours Obi

The electoral acts mandate all police officers in each polling unit to have a copy of the result. So LP should call the Nigerian Police force to produce their copies.
