Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has said that a trending report suggesting that the candidate of Labour Party (LP) Peter Obi, won the presidential election in Rivers State and not the All Progressives Congress (APC) candidate Bola Tinubu was “prejudicial”.

In the report, the media house (not LEADERSHIP) said Obi won the February 25, 2023, presidential election in Obio/Akpor local government area of Rivers State, South-South Nigeria, according to results uploaded on the INEC Results Viewing Portal (IReV).

INEC had announced that Tinubu polled 80,239 votes and Obi got 3,829 votes. Atiku Abubakar of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) scored 368 votes while Rabiu Kwankwaso of the New Nigeria Peoples Party got 161 votes.

Tinubu was declared the winner of the election.

In a chat with LEADERSHIP yesterday in Abuja, the chief press secretary to the INEC chairman, Mr. Rotimi Oyekanmi said, “While the Premium Times reserves the right to publish reports on various issues, it is a known fact that when a matter is before a court, no one, including a media organisation, should comment on it.”

He said what the media house did by publishing a report on a matter before the Presidential Election Petitions Tribunal was, “unfortunately, prejudicial. It shouldn’t have been done. I don’t know why they did it or what their intention is.

“It is for this reason that I cannot comment on it,” he said.

It is court
PODATTI is in court.
We are eagerly waiting for court sittings to begin. Because the mandate must be returned to the rightful owner.

You can't steal a mandate and expect to use the court to backup your stealing. You guys already boxed Mr Buhari, he's playing deaf and dumb to the whole issue as if Nigerians are dunce.

We are watching the movie APC goons are playing and we are also expecting to see how many Nigerians you can arrest.

You have started making your arrest, the Pastor has been arrested who prophesied, be ready to arrest many other Nigerians.

Abacha did more than this

If you like even dash Obi all the votes cast in Rivers, dash him all the votes cast in Lagos, and dash him all the votes cast in Plateau, while scoring Tinubu zero votes in those 3 states.

Guess what?

Obi would still be a loser stuck on 15 states and FCT, while Tinubu would still be a winner with highest votes and 27 states where he scored 25% or more.

Which election was stolen when in the election Mr Obi lost , the two regions, Yorubaland and the core North, with the highest registered voters do not even know Mr Obi, his name, party and kind of tribal/religious divisive politics of using online mobs to attack and insult patriotic Nigerians.

The good thing about all these revelations is that Tinubu and his supporters have now come to terms with the fact that the election was rigged, the process flawed and the beneficiary of it all which is Tinubu is with a stolen mandate.

We are getting there

But why haven’t we been seeing yes daddy in the news anymore since his detention in the UK. I strongly suspect there is more to his detention

Premium Times reported that "data on INEC IREV showed that Peter Obi won Rivers...." not data fetched from the streets. Does INEC really understand the implication of the illegality its perpetrated in 2023?

the illegalities of INEC in collaboration with politicians, were carried out in the February 25 presidential election in many parts of the country.

Now, it has been proven before Nigerians (not like we didn’t know) that Peter Obi won in Rivers. If it can also be proven in the court, do you know what that means?

It means that if INEC could do that in Rivers, then there’s every likelihood they also did it in many other states. It is enough ground to cancel the entire election and not about deducting votes and giving to another person.

Tinubu shouldn’t have had a deal with Wike. Wike ended up being his and APC’s undertaker.

Interesting days ahead.
