There are two courts involved: Law courts and court of public opinion. APC/Tinubu may well 'win' in law court by hook or by crook but Labour/Obi has already won in the court of public opinion |

Penguin2:Unfortunately the courts don't use that logic in electoral matters. You have to prove each and every claim. The talk of Obi winning Rivers while it was given to Tinubu deligitimizes the election in the court of public opinion but not in the law courts just like the 2/3 issue of 1983. The best Obi can gun for is rerun not victory since he did not meet the 25% benchmark. |

The media house should be sued for contempt of court and closed down. There are so many violations of professional ethics in this country. Imagine a media house! |

Tntsi: The first statement of APC was -"go to court". And now INEC- " the matter is in the court". Since they so much believe in court, the duo should be ready equally to instantly obey court's ruling whether it favours them or not. 1 Like |
