Please check if you are having quality sleep especially at nights. It helps a lot. You might need to get at least 6 hours sleep at night for at least two weeks. Start eating good natural food.. Vegetable,, fruit, fibre.. less junk and food without nutrient.. take supplement and probiotic, take cold shower, go to gym and drink lots of water.. Have u run a test for HBV and HCV? Try run the test.. I suspect u have either of them..you will need a curative medication for the HCV or a viral load suppressive medication for HBV..run the test the outcome will determine the next line of action
