Garlic and pawpaw leaf for immune boosting; for stomach upset, ginger does a good job.

Please check if you are having quality sleep especially at nights. It helps a lot. You might need to get at least 6 hours sleep at night for at least two weeks. You will notice improvement and pay attention to your food. If your body reacts negatively to certain foods pls stop taking them. For instance, I like taking milk but at a point my body reacts to it negatives and I dropped it. Today I living fine.

Start eating good natural food.. Vegetable,, fruit, fibre.. less junk and food without nutrient.. take supplement and probiotic, take cold shower, go to gym and drink lots of water.. It might also be psychological don’t treat every infection you have with antibiotics..just trust your body will fight it off..

Have u run a test for HBV and HCV? Try run the test.. I suspect u have either of them..you will need a curative medication for the HCV or a viral load suppressive medication for HBV..run the test the outcome will determine the next line of action
