You might have an allergy to something you have not discovered.

You need to change your food gradually and monitor.

For example, try to eliminate foods or drinks 🍺 ne after the other. The ones you eat and dont fall sick, write them down, the ones you eat snd fall sick, write them somewhere else.

Nigeria healthcare system is crap. The doctors are becoming dumb. Antibiotics kills your immune systems and all the healthy bacteria in your gut and stomach thereby making you vulnerable to bacterial and infections. Stop taking antibiotic for everything.
