Following intense negotiations, the SAF and RSF have agreed to implement and uphold a 72-hour nationwide ceasefire starting midnight, April 24. We welcome their commitment to work with partners and stakeholders for permanent cessation of hostilities and humanitarian arrangements.

One of the reasons why even if Nigeria separates, the status quo will persist. It has never been about north Vs south, Muslim Vs Christian or One tribe Vs another tribe.........It has always been about the elites Vs the masses..............in the struggle for resources..................

All these western countries that keep starting and funding wars so they can sell their weapons should remember that nothing lasts forever.

Usa should continue deceiving the gullible people

Without Usa and other western countries agreeing of selling weapons to both factions, those useless military leaders in Sudan wouldn't have gone into this senseless war

African countries should not allow foreign nations to fight each other by using Africans on African soil.
The United States and Russia should not fight proxy wars in Africa.

This is good news but lez be honest, Africa still has a long way to go. Lez just think about it for a bit even countries with extraordinary military might cannot fall into a situation where they will end up with a military led government.

Sudanese should seek refuge in either Somalia or kenya, because Nigeria is not better than Sudan at the moment.
