Religious tolerance and coexistence in Nigeria is an important topic that has gained much attention this year. With a roughly split population between Christianity and Islam, there is a great need for understanding and mutual respect between the two groups.

While there have been instances of conflict between Christians and Muslims in Nigeria, there are also many examples of peaceful coexistence and interfaith collaboration. For instance, Christian and Muslim leaders in Kaduna have formed a peace committee to resolve conflicts and promote understanding between the two communities. This shows that while religious differences can sometimes lead to conflict, there is also great potential for understanding and cooperation when people of different faiths come together with respect and empathy.
