No problem. Even the one that has just been elected President has not promised anything concrete.

And none of his fanatical supporters can put their hand on any tangible expectation, just the usual lesson in history.... and the smoke and mirrors of, 'we hope he will perform...'

Nigeria's form of democracy is the most unserious, futile and illogical one on earth. One in which the citizens give pass marks for examinations not written and jobs to folks not interviewed.

How can a whole President at the end of two tenures say he did not promise anything..... how was he elected.... gosh.
