It's not a tale story! I had the experience of seeing one when I was in secondary school. On my way to farm under a very hot weather after school hours, I heard a strange sound and decided to trace the strange sound only for me to see this so call bush baby (egbere) heading towards a mysterious tree. My head got swollen and I had shaky body. I recall how I ran like never before for my dear life. Unforgettable experience for me. 2 Likes |

Wagwanbrethren:What the Op posted is called egbere in Yoruba and not galagos has you have mentioned. The English name for egbere is Gnome. It is a small creature like a small man, with a pointed hat, who lives under the ground, guard gold and precious things 2 Likes |

purples25: I honestly think african traditional beliefs and african gods should be explored just as much hollywood explore greek and roman gods in their movies. There is a lot of potential in african myths and beliefs to make a solid tv series about these unexplainable beings. 2 Likes |

DCONE1:Omo, brah you aren't intelligent! 🤣 You really believe that trash to be real? It's just like believing the pictures of Jesus out there. That stuff was made out of imagination. If you were smart you would have known that picture the op posted is from a movie or some kind of show, or better still photoshopped. One must be extremely unwise to believe that shii. Oya post another picture showing bush baby carrying math. Let's see! 🤣 |

See♾️ in the Philippines they have duertes and other vampiric creatures , in Europe they have pixies and fae(those that don't grant wishes but the tribe that will make you lost forever in play till you return decades after)- now that story is apparent in Celtic stories but did you know it also appears in Japan? There was a story of a man who went to a mermaid princess for her pearl after he saved a boy born from a peach and he also returned decades later , or I might be misinterpreting as the boy who experienced that. The case however is all these stories are derived from a shared conscious, they come from the visions and beliefs of people Old, for a reason too. Chances are you'll live your entire life without seeing a spiritual creature and live happily as a skeptic for life. Chances are you'll never see a demon, or tormented by basement ghosts, but trust me if people can give you detailed recounts of such in a typewriter's manner they'd have no reason to be lying, believe a victim as you'd believe a victim of human folly and evil. Alright y'all open your Reddit and tread for r/paranormal go to the best posts and choose any time period like the past year. Read for 45 minutes, different cries for explanation or help present or past, feel that there's spirits out there in distant locations unbothered but will prey upon you when crossed. 1 Like |

Wagwanbrethren: You know , this story happened verbatim to my cousin in PH, in the house I used to stay with after ours got robbed before I recovered into a new with family. Bro, it wasn't bushbabies he claimed he saw ooh. He simply went to piss outside since there was no water in the premises and he was sleepy to fetch outside unless it will stink. So he went to the corner and whizzed , then suddenly he was surrounded by 3 ladies round his height but a lil taller (he's 12 here) so they were just dancing around him in a circle singing and he said he don't know how he screamed and ran in a zipline dash to the building instead of just open surrounding. For years I was like whaaat, I wish I was there cuz idk how exactly he escaped. Turns out months later more mystic shit happened like another tenant baby floating, mystical snakes, and so on..most the tenants left cause for they all believed the landowner was ritualistic after years of living there. Was even neighbors with Water Anga. Ahh memories . 1 Like |

Mamaafrik1:Are African hunters predators with nocturnal instincts C'mon these are men with families at home to feed... Most of their hunting activities are done in the day. Extensive hunting is never done in the dead of the night as some animals especially from cat family are more active at night. Taking such arduous task might lead to loss of Life as those hunters are breadwinners of their family. Disadvantage of hunting in the night is very very high. Mind you I've lived with some group of local hunters years back that's how I got the knowledge |
