That's not the point. I'm not a fan of them politicians but they're also humans who aren't perfect just like you and I... Because we're all not infallible, everyone deserves mercy regardless of their past or crime.

I'm not saying he shouldn't be punished for his offences btw.

Personally to me, he doesn’t deserve any ounce of mercy! He was the deputy senate president for years, he built any reputable hospital or used his influence to make one? Nah! Wonder why? Because he knows he can always fly out for his checkups. When he needed a good hospital he went abroad and as fate and karma will have it… shii happened over there and he’s paying for it now.
I repeat again he deserves no mercy!!!

It's a valid question... We don't deserve mercy because we traffick organs only.

You definitely have either cheated someone in the past, told a lie/deceit, cursed at someone, done one wrong or the other whether it's criminal as in the eyes of the law or it's moral as in religion but a wrong or sin or offence as some may say. If so now tell me what makes you different from the Ekweremadu himself? Even a murderer deserves mercy. In as much as you're imperfect you're not better than the murderer really.

I am speaking from religious point as a Christian....

I’m also a Christian but justifying or equating an organ trafficker with a liar needs to be reviewed, it just doesn’t fly. 🙇‍♂️

Well, in your eyes. In God's eyes a sin is a sin, non is weightier than the other. And that's why we all deserved mercy 🙂🙂
