Let me explain to you, there's a programme they have in Swiss just like our own NYSC, when you are done with secondary you serve as military because Swiss don't have a standby military, at the end you keep the gun without bullet, they have guns but it's not active.

An average of 90 USA citizens are shot, injured or killed every day by gun violence more than Honduras and Brazil.
