Phone addiction will ruin your life and career,

Hear this,

If you are sitting at a dinner with your friends, and you are chatting somebody who is not there,

That's a problem!

That's an addiction!

If you are sitting in a meeting with people you are supposed to be listening and speaking to,

And you put your phone on the table, face up or face down,

I don't care, that sends a subconscious message to the room that the people are just not important to you right now

If you are in at Training or School and you are busy pressing your phone when you are supposed to be learning and following up with the Facilitator,

That is a problem!

That is an addiction!

Our students know me that I won't allow them to be distracted by pressing their phones in the class,

We make sure every participant get value for their money and time,

If you wake up and check your phone before you say good morning to your spouse

You have an addiction!

And like all addictions, in time

It will destroy relationships,

It will destroy careers,

It will cost time

And it will cost money,

And it will make your life worse

Remember, doing the right thing at the wrong time is equally the wrong thing
