I grew up with the notion that late Yar'adua was the best president ever! He's loved by all the "nations" in Nigeria — some even get emotional whenever they recalled how he died.

I didn't even know his wife did some terrible things, this is my first time reading this. I was like 8 or 9 when he died — I have never seen anyone talk bad about him.

He removed Professor Charles Chukwuman Soludo the Solution, a Professor of Microeconomics and replaced him Sanusi Lamido Sanusi who has MSc in Islamic Studies as CBN governor. There is no tribalism that is worse than that.

This same nincompoop reduced the price of Petroleum products thereby increasing government subsidy by several billions without consulting CBN or Petroleum Minister because he just wanted the masses to like him. That is stupidity.

This is so worrisome, but Christian studies and Islamic studies can still work with experts in Economics, they must have do Economics courses in tertiary institutions . Sanusi may even be consulting Soludo In economic matters.
