Every 4 years, we have petitions against inec and president elect or the sitting president, in case of sitting president wins his reelection.
It has never stopped the inauguration of the president.
This case will not be different.
29/05/2023 remains the day president elect and others in the states level will be inaugurated.

I think the constitution gave INEC the power to declare the President Elect and they have constitutionally done that.
Any redress can be sought in the law courts.
