Tinubu: Court Adjourns Hearing On Peter Obi’s Petition Till Wednesday by Odewaleadesoye(m): 3:40pm On May 08, 2023
The Presidential Election Petition Court sitting in Abuja has adjourned further pre-hearing session on the petition the Labour Party and its candidate, Peter Obi filed to nullify Tinubu’s election victory, till Wednesday.

The court equally fixed the same date for another petition by the Action Peoples Party, APP, while it adjourned the case of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, and its candidate, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar, till Tuesday.

While adjourning the cases, the court urged the parties to identify all the witness statements and documents they would rely on or object to during the actual hearing of the petitions.

Among those in court to witness the proceedings included the presidential candidate of the LP, Mr Peter Obi.

Meanwhile, the court, on Monday, barred Governor Simon Lalong of Plateau State from standing before it as the representative of the President-elect, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu.

The Plateau state governor had, immediately the first petition that was lodged against the outcome of the 2023 presidential election was called up, stood up and announced himself as Tinubu’s representative.

“My Lord’s my name is Simon Lalong and I am here to represent Tinubu,” the governor stated.

However, Justice Haruna Tsammani led a five-member panel that declined to recognise him as Tinubu’s representative.

“You cannot represent an individual. Tinubu is not a corporation that would need a representative,” the presiding justice held.

“My Lords, in that case, I will represent the All Progressives Congress, APC,” Governor Lalong responded.

It will be very hard for any court of law to stop Tinubu not even after the election has been concluded.

APC said all aggrieved candidates should go to court. They are now in court.

Tinubu should not send Lalong to represent him...he should come out from hiding and stand for himself.

Nigerian court system is mad shocked. The court will treat this case similar to how they've dealt with Nnamdi Kanu by adjourning endlessly lol.
Obi should just call into next session via zoom lol as I am sure it be adjourned too.
You need a strong institution to overturn such an election like this, something of which nigeria does not have. Not many western countries has the appetite to overturn a concluded election either - unless there is a clear cut case.

What gives APC gangs hope is that they are the government and can buy justice. The more the postponement, the more they rejoice.

But a destiny delayed is not a destiny denied.

A new Nigeria is POssible

Still finding their mandate .

I don't see any case here
Tinubu won fair and square and it's predictable.
The results are as expected.

Even Obi isn't dwelling more on the results he's busy looki for disqualification which he can't get.

Anyway we're preparing for the Inauguration the case continues and the Inauguration holds
As simple as that

Feintline:
The stage is set. The prayers and petitions are too solid to be ignored.
There is no where to run or hide.
The new Nigeria is POSSIBLE

Where are the solid prayers?

IF YOU THINK TINUBU WON'T BE SWEAR-IN BY MAY 29, 2023. THEN YOU ARE PART OF THE INDOMIE GENERATION (thinking wise)

Tribunal Judgement for Osun Election came after few months of Gov Adeleke was sworn-in, I don't want to mention Buhari vs Atiku's tribunal judgement that we don't even know the outcome after 8 years. Do you guys think the judgement is all about the papers they submitted at the court? NO! They know conducting election in Nigeria is another Country's IGR.

OBi surely have a very good case, the less than 2m winning vote of Tinubu is about to be reduced by the tribunal( note that this has been the tradition in past election but the winners always survived with the help of higher wining margin already declared by electoral body during the elections). I believed that was why Tinubu also filled a cross petition against Obi....Las last, both will be affected and Atiku (who is actually having very few petitions) is very likely to be declared winner.

THAT IS IF NAIJA FACTORS DIDN'T COME TO PLAY
