onuman: And which of the petitions you enlisted have not being taken to court and quashed before On 1st hearing of the tribunal, Tinubu's counsel did not waste time to thrash the 25% and FCT misconception .. that petiton is as dead as Biafra, whether Obedient accept or Not they are insignificant people that only make noise. Continue living in delusions, May 29 ,we will pepper una frustration, ata rodo sauce loading 1 Like 1 Share |

softwareman: A roguish and dying country is where one denies having dual citizenship before the law, but has two countries international passports; asks accusers to prove before the courts that he has dual citizenship. A roguish and dying country is where one presented education certificates from no known examination body that issued the certificates. The fraudulent certificate owner asks accusers to go to court to prove that the certificate was forged. A roguish and dying country is one whose electoral commission vowed before the public that there is no going back from its election regulation to use electronic transmission of vote results from BVAS to its Server in real time, so that voters will also observe the progress of the election and how winner will emerge. But the electoral commission jettisoned its regulation midway into the voting process for only presidential election, but stuck to its regulation for NASS election. If a court ever admits whoever the electoral commission pronounced winner from such presidential election, it is another sign for a roguish and dying country. You Tinubu urchinss want a roguish and dying country. Obidients want a clean and progressive Nigeria. |

chidiokay: Tinubu's counsel? He shall also obtain judgment that we don't need BVAS or voter accreditation nor electronic transmission of results from BVAS to INEC portal. Don't worry. Next election, a foreign billionaire will tender all the false documents to INEC; thumbprint ballot papers in secret, send to INEC which pronounces him winner of Nigeria's presidential election. He asks others to come to court to prove that he is a foreigner; prove that he has dual citizenship, prove that he never once was involved in drug trafficking offences; prove that he stole the presidential election; after all, he has the money to buy election and court judges. Don't wish the above to Nigeria. |

chidiokay:Please which of the tribunal? I do hope the one you're referring to is the one inside your dad's compound and not the one in Abuja in the court of Appeal. Hearing has not even began and your brain has told you that Tinubu's counsel has quashed one of the prayers on 25% in FCT. What is wrong with this olodo parading themselves as enlightened fellows, when the tribunal is still on pre-hearing stage for both PDP and LP. Olodo rabata oju eja lo mo je. You guys need to be calming down and learn instead of disgracing yourself. The tribunal is still on pre-hearing and hearing has not commenced. The INEC and APC has not even replied brief from PDP to use telecast but your jaundice brain had made conclusion that court had settle one prayer and trashed. Olodo lo wa, I swear. 1 Like |

The Management of University College Hospital, Ibadan has commenced the denigration and devaluation of the humanity in its members of staff through an act of illegality to unduly milk staff(s) of the hospital. When the Management failed to find avenues to illegally deduct the salaries of its members of staff, it then established a department, Special Duties for the purpose of siphoning the salaries of members of staff as it has been discovered that the creation of the department was illegal and primarily meant to achieve this oblivious act laced with wicked intention. The Management after the establishment of the department mandated the department head to by whatever means be it crooked or hook generate revenue for the hospital while the illegal department is not a revenue generation centre. This order from the Management forced the Special Duties Department to come up with underhand dealings in collaboration with the Accounts department to secretly collate and then forward the collated names of members who do not have their identity cards on to the Accounts department for upward deduction of 5,000.00 monthly for a period of four years contrary to the provision in the constitution. The Management in its draconian method of illegal revenue generation is further pressurising these departments toward achieving the revenue target. But in line with the recent judgment of the Fedral High Court, Abuja against the NBC that the NBC lacks the constitution powe to level fine on any media organization. The Federal government, National Assembly, Civil society groups and the NLC are hereby call upon as a matter of urgency call the Management of UCH, Ibadan to order in this its illegal act of surreptitiously maltreating the hapless members of staff of the hospital by subjecting them to excruciating untold hardship. This action of the management will certainly reduced the purchasing power of staff and further compound their economic woe in the face of present economic and social reality in the country. In addition, there is no law either in the Public Service Rules, UCH established law and the Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria that mandate the UCH management to deduct this illegal 5,000 monthly from the salaries of its member for whatever reason. This action is wicked tyranic and dictatorial in nature. |
