Well I suggest that rather than talk like an ignoramus, you google Nigerias extradition act. If you do not follow that law to bring a wanted suspect back to Nigeria, bringing him to court becomes a wasted effort as you cannot come to court with stained hands

Thats why the appeal courts released Kanu unconditionally, and why the authorities are wasting time with adjournments at the Supreme court that will eventually do the same
