A380s are almost phased out. They are being dumped by airlines daily. Only emirates i think still uses it. Building a second runway is good but over 3 billion for consultation is extravagant.

I entered A380-700 two days ago on Qatar air.Jst so u know ,emirates has 50 on order to be delivered within 3 years time
