I hope it isn't political because no one would want to invest in a state full of mad people that can wake up to shady doings

As the said buildings are not only constituting public nuisance but also defacing the Rivers State Government’s Urban Renewal Infrastructural Development Policies as related to the golf course, Old GRA Layout.

What more can I say? undecided

It’s just a business venture of Britain and they have a few Niggers managing it for them…

WHat is meaning of Rivers or Bayelsa…. You name a river then take the name back from them as your identity abi?

Rivers, Cross Rivers, Plateau,

Childish LOL
Bayelsa stemmed from initials of the three founding local government areas in the state:

Brass/Akassa
Yenagoa
Sagbama

Wike keeps making more enemies for himself in the south-south. He is virtually fighting all PDP governors in the South-south. Is it how he is going to be the Jagaban of the south-south?

Wike is power drunk and cannot be the Jagaban of the South south.
He lacks the qualities and character

This Wike is one of the most premature leaders I have ever seen. The way he fights those who disagree with him is childish. Just imagine he's the president of the Nigeria. That means opposition parties would have suffered.

This does not mean that Wike is not working In Rivers state. I live in Port Harcourt,he's doing very well in infrastructures. But his lack of respect, tolerance and discipline cost him his presidential Ticket. There is no way Atiku would have picked him as running mate because he has no respect and would have betrayed Atiku.

If he were picked by Atiku, PDP would have been voted massively but the same time, who would pick a betrayal and snake as a running mate

May 29 beckons.

The honey moon between him and his lackey won't last beyond a year. This I am certain about.

Wike is a leader no democratic society should have. He is one big accident of history in Rivers state.

Thank God this Idi Amin Dada wannabe did not become President of Nigeria.

Firing squad would have been reintroduced in Nigeria.

All this because the Bayelsa state governor supported and voted for Atiku in the PDP primaries.

Mr Alozie Nwala should tamper justice with mercy. Ijaws from Bayelsa shouldn't be maltreated or subjected to such inhuman treatment.

I don't know why Wike likes abusing power. He just wants to intimidate ijaws.

Everything about most of you people here is sentiments as against logic, did you read the part where it was stated that the buildings were defacing the urban renewal plans of the state or at least have the patience to hear the government side of the story.

You guys think the modern China and mesmerising structures you see in UAE, Saudi Arabia etal came about by those governments listening to people stoking petty sentiments such as this.

It will interest you to note those buildings were not the only buildings marked for demolition in that area, some old and dilapidated railway corporation buildings are also going down amongst others. Those buildings look like the typical Nigerian police barracks and such structures does not befit the standards in the highbrow Old GRA Port Harcourt.

Shut you mouth and stop saying rubbish
Go around old GRA very well
You will still see a lot of old buildings
Stop saying what you don’t know or did not make research on
Or is it because you were not affected

You must be kidding me, what happens to informing the government of beyelsa of your town planning drive? Informing them of the minimum structure type required, than giving them 14days demolition notice Oga? A state house is the state presence in your state, hence the least you can do is put them to speed with your development drive, and not this flimsy excuse to demolition a state presence in your state man.

Understanding seem very far from you...if it is not you would have differentiated between the concept of old and dilapidated. The government statement highlighted defacing not because the buildings are old but rather poorly maintained. If you haven't been to that area you should try and visit there and see for yourself.
