Opay will notify users if such information affect them.As far as I know opay is a mobile wallet.You can register your BVN if you wish.There is a provision for it

Any account without bvn has debit restrictions which means the owners can’t withdraw from them. Until they do their bvn. So I don’t see the reason to close the account when the owner might still come for their hard earned money in the future.

CBN have been after depositor money since the day they asked to claim unclaimed dividends and shares. Our CBN is the head of financial rascality in Nigeria.
