Please help me share your opinion or preference regarding roasted groundnuts (peanuts)...

do you prefer buying peeled groundnut or the unpeeled groundnut when buying from street vendors..I mean the one they tie for N50 each.

All things being equal, everyone should prefer peeled. But why some people may prefer the unpeeled is as a result of hygiene, a situation where by u do not know the condition or what the person that peeled the groundnut used their palms for. For instance, people blow their nose without cleaning up and use the same palms to peel groundnut they sell to people; people wash their kids buttocks and use same palms to peel groundnut without properly washing, these and many more may make the unpeeled preferable to some people. There was a time I usually develop sore throat repeatedly every month, until I discovered that it was as a result of eating peeled groundnut, in my case, perhaps the peeler's palm may not be hygienic enough.

Never had a preference but looking at it now, unpeeled may make hygienic sense while peeled makes see-before-pay sense.

I prefer them unpeeled, but you can still sell both.
