The raw material that motivates every business owner is the vision. When any business owner does not devote time to dreaming and indeed fantasizing about his business, his imagination of the business would invariably be poor, which would also limit how far he would be able to carry the business. The entrepreneur's vision is the destination towards which he would direct his vehicle (business). Without a well articulated destination, the vehicle (business) would simply travel round in circles, having a lot of motion with no gains in terms of distance covered towards its destination. The entrepreneur would fail to arrive at his desired end because he never travelled towards his destination route.
It is the duty of the business owner's to transfer his vision to hid staff as their motivation for what would they do. Sharing of vision with staff encourage staff passionately in carrying out the vision with set targets and motivated result. This would bring result in the business sale margin.
Success is a journey. The business is his vehicle to success. The entrepreneur's vision is the destination towards which he would direct his vehicle. Without a well defined destination, the vehicle would simply travel round in circles. The entrepreneur without a vision would fail to arrive at his desired end because he never travelled towards it. He was driven in an opposite direction to his desired destination never took his time to define his destination.
