The Court is an arm of government, it is not THE GOVERNMENT. Court officers are also not elected. President and NASS leaders are elected, and through these leadership the people voice and desire is acted and implemented.

Tinubu has never been a dictator and will not become one now. I'll give you little'known fact to make you underhand who Tinubu is.

Did you know , I think around 2011, an article showed that ACN, the Party Tinubu formed, was the only Party that had met all legal requirement to include submission of valid accounts showing taxes and dues paid up to date, of all the major Parties?

The ruling Party PDP, meant to lead by example, fell short. So too CPC, APGA etal back then. They all could not meet 100% compliance bar ACN alone. "Go and verify".

That is the sort of leader Tinubu is. Everything he does he ensures is above reproach.
