BluntCrazeMan:
I get it now..How can it be proven.??
From the Guinean Embassy??
Or by going to the Guinea??
You have to bring in witnesses, who can testify.

This leads me to another question.
Is there any way to prove that any random trader in Alaba Market is a Nigerian Citizen by just keying-in and searching their names in any Government Citizens Database.??
And what exact database should that be,, (which contains the constantly updated names and details of citizens).??

(Does Guinea have such a database too.??)
Any database will not do.
An official representative of the Ministry of Interior or the equivalent in Guinea will have to testify.

Just a database won't do.
