Wait, he didn’t have dreadlocks, studs or earrings and tattoos? How is this possible? I thought it was only ruffians who committed crimes. How come most of the culprits I see on the pages on Nairaland have decent haircuts coupled with modest appearances? I guess criminality isn’t printed boldly on people’s faces.

There was one around my area who did the same. A middle aged man who entered parties unannounced, stealing left and right. One day his cup overfilled and I saw his body naked on the road, beaten to unconsciousness. I did not care to know if he survived or died. If he died, all the better because he would continue pilfering after a short hospital visit.

My aunty invited me to her church during her baby's dedication and I used the opportunity to charge my phone towards the end of the service. I was gisting with my younger sister and her friends at a corner and was watching my phone from a distance. I noticed one teenager was acting funny around my phone but pretended as if I wasn't watching him because I wanna catch him red-handed.

He sat down close to my phone, unplugged it and slowly put it inside his pocket. The next thing he heard was a hot slap from behind, the women there shouted. I didn't say anything o, I just dipped my hands in his pocket and collected my phone.
