The amount that has been siphoned through that program is enormous.

What should be on the table is the how funds will be channeled into programs and infrastructures that will cushion effect.

The cost is expensive and not sustainable. The proceeds of removal can be channeled into other direct investments like minimum wage increment, infrastructural and social projects.
