What the court queried about is the sorting order of forms ECA8. The court admitted the evidence and even marked them as exhibit. Don't mind fake news peddlers

INEC did not give them all the document they needed for evidence. INEC is acting the script APC prepared. You would expect the umpire to be neutral and unbiased even in court.

INEC should be defending INEC and not APC. It's like a referee already taking side on a football team. APC isn't on trial, INEC is the main party on trial, and because the figures are not adding up even at their end, they refuse to give out the document to protect the results they declared out.

Today: they want to tender 16 then later 21 and finally 23 states... That Justice Ugo had to make remark about not envying them saying they carried documents like someone going to okoko market speaks volume.
