Its automated, based on intro on your profile as it meets their expected requirements.

Once they accept ur CV and and its includes some criteria they do not want. E.g they are not accepting candidates from African locations, they will ignore it.

What the do is that they copy the job advert and create a personal e-mail (eg gmail) that has the character carrying the name of the company and ask that you send your CV into the box.

It is a cheap and fraudulent way to possess different categories of CV to apply for jobs.
