The NLC president is Obidients. He supported Obi's vow to remove the subsidy.
He wants a strike now because it wasn't Obi that removed the subsidy. Obi is in a position to check him but refused to.

seems the Labor strike is a Labor Party strike and not necessarily NLC especially since the other NLC regions are not interested in the National strike and as it stands, it's basically a one region/SE NLC strike..
