Drama As INEC And PDP Trade Tackles Over 25% Votes In Abuja

There was a mild drama at the appeal court today, venue for the ongoing Presidential Election Petition Tribunal, PEPT, in Abuja.

It was also the highlight for the day as The Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, and the People's Democratic Party, PDP, traded words to the amusement of the court.

It began as a conversation during the cross-examination of a PDP witness by an INEC lawyer concerning the 25% votes required in the FCT for a presidential candidate to be declared winner.

INEC: Do you realise Atiku didn’t get 25% in the FCT?

PDP Witness: Yes

INEC: Since he didn’t get 25% in the FCT, do you know he can’t be declared President?

PDP Witness: But Tinubu didn’t get 25% too and You declared him President.
*His answer brought laughter 😁 in the court as it became a sort of comic relief.

I think the witness is correct 💯 because even the award winning ex-BBC journalist Kadaria Ahmed who is also an in-law to Governor Nasir El-rufai, confirmed it, by the way El-rufai has been trending all day on social media and in the mainstream media, though not unusual he is always in the news for careless religious outbursts which is unbecoming for an elder statesman like him. Even top APC Chieftains have cautioned him not to set Nigeria on fire 🔥 with his utterances.

Meanwhile, no one has heard again from Kadaria Ahmed as she has deactivated her Twitter account because Nigerians and the media wanted to ask her to come and repeat what she said concerning 25% votes in the FCT.

It is still shocking and unbelievable to the likes of Kadaria that Peter Obi of the LP could win all the 10 polling units around the PRESIDENTIAL VILLA and ASO ROCK too with a wide margin against APC's Bola Tinubu and PDP's Atiku Abubakar.

or now all eyes 👁️👀 are on the judiciary as the PEPT goes on.

Really, so now the court cherry picks evidence according to how it affects APC, the inec lawyer never saw the indictment coming, reason why he started rushing over the cross examination, but the damage to APC had already been done, no matter how they hide, kapish!!!
