The securities and exchange commission (SEC) said Binance operations in Nigeria is illegal. Therefore, the Fintech is hereby directed to immediately stop soliciting Nigerian investors in any form whatsoever. Furthermore, all investors and traders are advice to desist from investing in this unregistered and unregulated crypto exchange.
