You understand the situation perfectly. I'm determined to stop today, all I need is support. I just got back from the pharmacy. If this does not work by tomorrow or next, I'm going to general hospital for help. I will take all the shame and insults. I'm not angry at those insulting me here, it's because they don't understand what I went through, I actually lost my wife of 17yrs, my best friend, my other half leaving me with 3kids, I had two options then, either to run mad or go this way. I need help, I want out so that I can live my normal life but I don't know how, has anyone been there before? How did you get over it? I don't want to die from this. Please help me

I do not blame you at all. You needed help. You wanted to feel alright after the loss of your wife I think.
But help got you into this. This is true with many help humans offer.
You see, everybody has area they are week in. You are obviously week emotionally. I do not blame you, that’s your own area of weakness. I have mine too. But you see it’s like you do well financially.
You need now for the memory of your wife, your kids and yourself to open up (not to everybody) but to friends you have known over the years and loving family.
I feel you will see this advice as I know you must probably will read all the thousand comments here. You might even have taken the drug again after you posted that. However please don’t contemplate suicide. You just have to stop now.
Tell your children too. And if you have the means, put yourself into a good psychiatric center.
Just open up even to experts. Don’t waste your time with people that says it’s spiritual. It’s completely what can happen when some people with some biological and psychological make up get exposed to some substance.
Open up. Be careful to not leave one addition for another one. Be careful with anything that fix your mood.
Read the Bible. Research out Jehovah witness people (I am not a member but they give some sound advice to life). Go hiking. Take a bike around the country and educate people with you has an example. Tell people the truth always about your situation. Don’t ever be ashamed when you fail in your rehabilitation.
Go for an intensive passion. Travel around all states with your kid or a supportive friend.
Just open up and do something intensive and distracting with a supportive family member or friend.

It's actually the injection I'm taking not the drugs, it's the part on my arms that I'm injecting it that turns to wounds, it starts healing when I stop taking it there but I kept going back there when I can't find any veins to inject it. I'm stopping today. I hid it by from everyone but I had to start exposing myself as the first step to get help. I have informed my friend to take me to hospital if I'm not able to manage the withdrawal symptoms

I came across ur post but couldn't help but reply u. Dis pent can b very addictive and withdrawal syndrome makes it more difficult to abstain totally from it. I have been pent free for over 3yrs now.
