Pentazocine actually causes nerve damage.

That thing is a very strong and dangerous analgesic.

I know someone who got his leg amputated because of Pentazocine addiction. But the person is a sickler.

Most people I know who get addicted to this drug are sicklers. They use it to relieve the pains from their crisis.

I am shocked that this OP isn't a stickler. I was thinking he was sickler before I opened the thread.

So, just the pain from a bereaved relative made them administer pentazocine to him. A very dangerous drug that is only given under very strict supervision. And not given more than two doses at once.

I'm sorry for the OP sha. Because breaking pentazocine addiction is almost impossible.

Pray you don't use it ever, Pentazocine is extremely addictive, the high feeling it gives is something else n it's ability to calm one down n induce sleep is on another level. Trying to discontinue it results in one becoming very weak, losing zeal to do virtually anything, pespirating badly. All this symptoms abate when you get a shot of it. It's a very crazy addiction that i'm hooked on too, one knows the resultant consequences buh getting off it is very very difficult. My doctor friend told me of a senior registra in a Federal government hospital that was hooked on this drug too, introduced to it by his wife, sad thing is this senior medical doctor, almost a consultant died courtesy this same drug.

I've also had a very good friend's younger brother pass away, it is believed he died after injecting this drug instantly, his arm was totally swollen n rotten from the shoulder down to the fingers n had to be wrapped in bandage 24/7.
Please this is a huge cry n plea for help, medical professionals help us, prior to him coming through, believe me he's tried with all his will power n yet it's failed him. I was told o check into rehab in a federal university hospital n d cost of staying for the 3months or least 2months is very high n crazy.

Yeah there are 4 drugs to stay away from in this life, their addictive pull & destruction is stronger than anything I’ve known 🥺
They are T&B (Pentazocine injections), Colorado AKA kolos (Synthetic Cannabinoids), Meth/Cocaine/Crack and the Master of them all Fentanyl (Apace, Chinatown, Dance fever😭)
The devil uses these specific 4 personally that’s why he can’t stop and end up bizarre each day but the funny thing is he (Devil) can’t die🥺

If they warned you and you refused, what advise are we going to give you here that will help you? Why are you guys so hardend you can't take to good counsel until you are close to dearth ? Why ? ! What else can we say ? Go back to thesame people who gave you the medication, they may know the best way out, they may know who they cn recommend or the advise and drug to give you to reverse it. But you must first stop taking that drug. Stop it or you rot away like that.

I used to hooked on pent when I entered school in 2012, and tramdol hydrocodone but are injected , how I stopped? Well I decided enough was enough I'm strictly on weed now and avoid drugs at all cost , pent was one of the hardest to quit , move away from where you can get any more fix yes it may almost kill you I cried yeah but it's all worth it 7years off penta

the problem is the withdrawal effects. It has some terrible withdrawal effects. How were you able to deal with those withdrawal effects? I heard you can gradually wean yourself out of it by reducing the doses. Checking in a rehabilitation centre in Nigeria is very expensive. And the scourge just goes on.

There are drugs you should take for pentazocine. Meet a reputable Pharmacy outlet and complain to the Pharmacist, he or she will find the drug for you. Some taking advice from random persons. I'm Pharmacist, but it unethical to mention such drug in public platform like this.

It's actually the injection I'm taking not the drugs, it's the part on my arms that I'm injecting it that turns to wounds, it starts healing when I stop taking it there but I kept going back there when I can't find any veins to inject it. I'm stopping today. I hid it by from everyone but I had to start exposing myself as the first step to get help. I have informed my friend to take me to hospital if I'm not able to manage the withdrawal symptoms

I must say that you are being foolish to think getting yourself to this stage because you lost someone - dying because of someone who's gone. We all lose people so dear to us, and prepare your mind for such shocks cos no one lives forever.

You understand the situation perfectly. I'm determined to stop today, all I need is support. I just got back from the pharmacy. If this does not work by tomorrow or next, I'm going to general hospital for help. I will take all the shame and insults. I'm not angry at those insulting me here, it's because they don't understand what I went through, I actually lost my wife of 17yrs, my best friend, my other half leaving me with 3kids, I had two options then, either to run mad or go this way. At least I'm mentally stable now to fight this one, then I was almost running mad. you can switch to the tablets instead of the injection or any similar drug with less effect. Or better still commit a small crime that will lead you to Nigeria prison for like half a year ( 6 month), that should help reset your system but it's gonna be tuff. The hard way the only way.

Opiods have V schedules, with schedule V having the least risk.

Pentazocine is an Opioid analgesic ( painkiller), Schedule IV, dependence/ addictive drug... Beyond this, it can cause serious tissues damage and ultimately death. This is a prescription drug by Medical personnels not what you get OTC ( Over The Counter).

You would need a Medical detox maybe NALOXONE, or a more appropriate antidote to help cleanse your system from its abuse.

See a Medical personnel fast, an ADDICTION Specialist ( Nurse, Psychiatrist) should be able to help out and resolve the underlying etiology which is the TRAUMA.

Why injection dey your house sef as a non- Medical personnel? Why self medication? This is why one cannot overrule God in their lives.

Diclofenac is okay but don't abuse it. Hope no ulcer.

When the keloid dries a bit( from the treatment), u can apply ice/ wrapped ice to it for sometime and see the effect ... Later, when your flesh is whole, u can apply some warm compresses.

it's a stupid thing to say because someone dies, you must end your own life in a tragic way.

We are all taught that God gives and takes life. He can kill anyone at anytime. You can lose anyone, but the essence is not to lose yourself. Your loved ones must die. I know we're built differently, but he took his own to a stupid level. He got no good reasons for what he's doing.

I've seen a woman whose 3 sons were buried on the same day. The Alu4 guys, one of them was the only son of his mom, she came and saw her son in flame and she knelt to thank her creator , because in every situations, you said we should thank you, she said.

your pharmacist friend supplying you is unethical and should be arrested and charged! Our oath is do no harm but he or she is clearly intended on trading your wellbeing for profit or he or she could've contacted your family members and have you restrained and medically committed until you can control your addiction as clearly you can't do that on your own
