Attention-seeking veteran Kumawood actor, Oboy Siki has once again shocked Ghanaians with his utterances.
Speaking in a recent interview, Oboy Siki said that he didn’t see the sense in building a mansion. According to him, all his colleagues in the movie industry who have built houses are senseless.

When asked if he had left behind a property for his children, Oboy Siki blatantly said that his children are old enough to make their own properties.

Why should I build a house? Am I foolish? Why would I build a house when I can use the money to enjoy myself and live my life? I can pay for rent and when I die I won’t take the house to my grave, so I won’t waste my money or resources on foolish things.” Oboy Siki disclosed.

Since he is a self enjoyment person who isn't planning for others, He should also prepare the money, land or space or resources for the people who will handle his body just in case he decides to leave this world.

since he doesn't care about any person when he leaves this world I think he should also be fair to them to pay them to take care of his body and give them all the resources they will need to do that and not burden them with that

In this life, my friend house is one of the biggest legacy you can brag of or even left behind. your fifth generation that you will not be fortunate to see we stay in that house and be happy that you build the house.

This one is setting himself up for future regrets! When he's retired and can’t afford to pay his rent, who will pay for him to stay in an old people’s home? You no build house for your children but you expect them to house you in old age.... how selfish!

I know of an with same believe.

He believes you hardly stay at home as most times you are at work. So there is no sense in building a house to him.

To some extent, I think he’s making sense.
I realized this lately. Tbh, how no be better investment in this part of the world . It’ll take you atleast 40 years to realize your capital alone if you build for rent.

However if you’re building for your children or to sell , then it makes sense.
To young guys out there, establish business boss, no rush go build one yeye house .
