I said it last week. Amazon wi be coming this week.

That person wasn't there as an employee of Amazon Web Services.

If that person is reported to AWS HR and they are truly working for that organisation, they might be in serious trouble.

In cases like this, AWS will respond through their lawyers, they certainly wouldn't be sending their Architects/Technical staff to the Tribunal without legal support.

I suspect that person is an independent contractor specialising in AWS technology.

That is why they are the judges. Simple logic.
Don't worry. I will quote you when the whole drama ends. grin.
Wrong logic!
This is not the first time someone has called such witnesses. People have called such witnesses and won cases.
The fact that a witness is not physically present at the scene of a crime does not make them less a witness.
Don't bother to quote me anyway cos I give little or no fukkk about such things but I just wanted to let you know that the perspective or premises of your argument is faulty. It's that simple, isn't it?

Q. So with respect to Form EC8A of the presidential election, after taking the picture, the only problem you experienced was upload.

A. Yes, it couldn't upload but that of senate and House of reps uploaded.

Q. In your training prior to election, you're trained about offline transmission or transfer of Form EC8A

A. Yes.

Q. Can you tell the court what you're trained to do in situations like that.

A. We're trained to do offline transmission when there is no network and we also tried that but couldn't upload.

Q. So you followed the procedure for offline transmission.

A. We followed for both offline and online but couldn't upload.

Q. You cannot tell if the transmission occured subsequently

A. I don't know.

This is a GEM. INEC team keep conflicting itself.

On one hand they are objecting admissibility of form EC8A as evidence and in another hand they are asking whether the PO where trained to upload form EC8A offline.

One wonder why INEC choose such disgraceful and infamous part.

I believe the INEC chairman would wish the ground open so he can bury his head in shame.

Presidential form EC8A wouldn't upload. but Senate and house of reps uploaded peacefully.

Now an Amazon engineer has confirmed there's no glitches anywhere in it's Africa cloud server on 25th February.

Thanks to OBI's courage and prowess in exposing the rots in the 2023 election.

Obi is truly a Tsunami...as pronounced 5 times by OONI OF IFE.

Ok. Someone just told me they worked for Amazon 5yrs in California and after reading this witness he knew she was lying.

Im learning Amazon have non disclosure clause for any category of work to do with engineering and proprietary software or network products. Cloud architecture fall in that category. So she cannot take any Amazon proprietary material for presentation, except what is in public domain. Her role as a cloud architect and presenting certified metrics is a wash because even a danfo conductor can download the dashboard then get it notarized by a legal notary, to give it that certification status. Like you said if Amazon catch that woman, whether in employee role or contractor she will be in hot soup.

Are you sure you understood what you read ?
I strongly doubt you understood what he wrote there.
He's actually telling you the exact content of that publication.
It was never about INEC saying they will no longer transmit results in real time like one of the respondents cross examiner want to deceive the public & court to think.

The APC propaganda machines even ran along with it citing it as an evidence that INEC actually published that they will no longer transmit results in real time at the polling units.

Go read what he wrote again.

You're aprobating and reprobating at the same time. You took time to point out the error commented by INEC's server but still stand the truth on its head by exonerating them of any wrong doing forgetting that three elections were conducted for different posts same day, why two results were successful uploaded without hassle but only one, the presidential election was delayed, even after two weeks election was conducted.
The question is, why presidential server alone has the problem and not others? I am waiting for INEC rhetoric as to be informed and guided.

I am looking at things from Peter Obi getting the judgement he's asked for based on INEC incompetence with AWS servers, totally impossible. I didn't exonerate INEC on anything.

The server could have gone down for various reasons both natural and man made. Peter Obi cannot extrapolate his votes based on that else even Sowore would be able to claim he had tons of votes that didn't count due to the server downtime.

Well, I'm not here to argue with you man. The statement I made and which you highlighted already proves your level of awareness about the subject being discussed so never mind, I leave you to your ostentatious display of knowledge. But know this, aside physical presence, someone with a firsthand knowledge of an event or evidence is capable of being a witness. For instance, the Mathematician prof who said he monitored INEC's IREV server during the course of the elections and deduced that there were irregularities and poor compliance by INEC regarding their promise of electronic transmission of results from polling units to the IREV server is eligible to be a witness in this matter. But like I said earlier, I leave you to your ostentatious display of knowledge and awareness since you seem to know better than the respondents to the petition and the judges who acknowledged the individuals who have testified in court so far as witness despite your claims that they aren't eligible to be witnesses since they were not physically present at each polling unit they made reference to.

*THE LP/OBI DRAMA*
Out of a total of 176,000 polling units, you provided only 46,000 polling agents. (This means you were not present, and have no evidence in 130,000 Polling Units nationwide, and you imagine that 46,000 is greater than and will upturn 130,000)

You listed a 50 man witnesses. You presented only 5 (with one week to go).

The 5 presented are:
1. An International Data Analyst
2. A Channels TV Staff
3. A Professor in Mathematics
4. An Arise Tv Staff
5. An AIT Staff

There is not a single person (amongst LP witnesses who is directly) connected to the election you are contesting its result.

All are busy body third party hearsay witnesses (none is an eye witness with primary source or evidence).

What do you think these witnesses will amount to?

People testifying as witnesses to an election (in which they were not present but) they participated in only on TV set are all you have and rely on.

Ok naaa. grin
Uncle, who told u LP had just 46k agents in d just concluded election?? U people will just sit back and b typing as though u think wit ur anus.

Also, how can u say da d witness provided has no connection wit d election? Are u ok?

So, d TV stations dat interviewed INEC chairman prior to d election have no legal standy to say(wit video evidence) dis is wot d INEC chairman told us?

And if I may ask, who should b an ideal witness in dis case?

Almost every witness LP has produced is an LP member according to you. Perhaps you see it as cruise but unwittingly, (which I cannot really blame you if you fail to see it judging by your choices), you are certifying that indeed, Labour party members are productive members of the society and quite enviable in their niches. Ok. Now, go ahead and tell us why the court allowed them to be presented as witnesses since they were not physically present in polling units as you assume. Wouldn't they have made it clear that those individuals were not eligible to bear witness? Not even the respondent's legal team is challenging this case from the perspective you are asserting. For instance, if NTA promises to show Chelsea vs Manchester united match on their channel by 4pm today, if by 4pm and I tune my TV to NTA channel and the match is not being aired, I don't have to be "PHYSICALLY" present at NTA headquarters to be eligible to bear witness that NTA never aired the match as promised. This is as far as I can go. If you still don't get it at this point then I admit you're right and I'm wrong. Bye 👋

Per the deliberate sabotage, I am interested in knowing how you think that will happen because it's a virtual server.

Whoever paused or shut down the server would have had to be logged in to the AWS cloud for starters.

Also why haven't LP's lawyers asked for the (redacted) audit log to glean information as to what could have "crashed" the server and when?
It just seemed to me that calling the expert to say the Cloud wans't down was a waste of time when they could have asked the Court to subpoena an INEC official (oreven AWS) to produce log files to prove foul PLAY.
I don't think it was a waste of time this is because they needed to just show that the fault was not from aws or from failure to auto scale , or ddos and that it was solely from inec. So it left to inec to explain what the technical glitch is which miraculously was not present during it mock accreditation process, previous elections and also the last national assembly election that occurred simultaneously with the presidential elections to the court and to Nigerians. As someone who has hosted a toy blog on aws. If for example inec had used nginx server a simple sudo systemctl stop nginx would have disabled the webserver temporarily to allow for the heist to occur. I am willing to bet a 100k naira that inec would never ever explain the so called glitch because their response would be ripped apart and the person behind the heist in a functional society would be tried for treason.
