The person you quoted is correct, in Nigerian security setting, the two major security heads that controls Nigeria's security are; Police IG and Chief of Army Staff......the next are DSS and EFCC.


But to be honest, majority of Igbos are happy with Tinubu's appointments so far, we don't care if Tinubu appoints only Yorubas, so long as he is not giving key security heads to Northern Jihadists, we are cool.....we are comfortable with Yorubas or Southsouth or Middlebelt being in charge of key security agencies in Nigeria but not some Northern Jihadists masquerading as Security Chiefs to destroy Nigeria's peace.
